I ordered two things. One didn't work, could not return and I didn't fit and could not return

- - The bra didn't fit and the dryer balls were not received.
The loud siren gizmo barely made any sound. I was not able to return it, but it didn't cost much, so it's not a big deal.
I also bought a more costly bra that did not fit. The website returns form did not work. I tried the contact us button and it didn't work either. Now it seems like wasted money and an unreputable company.
I expect more from the review. Then there were the dryer balls I paid for and never received.

I am trying to make a return and get nothing but a run around
- - Returned an unopened Higher Dose mask bought from View Your Deal.
- - Refund is delayed and I won't buy from View Your Deal again.
I bought an item on View Your Deal higher dose red light mask. When it came, I never opened it and decided I needed to return it.
I contacted Higher Dose and they said since it was purchased through View Your Deal, that View Your Deal needed to do the refund. I have been getting bounced back and forth between these two companies for three days. It is taking a lot of time and it is making me very annoyed. I have never had such a difficult time with a return.
I will never buy from View Your Deal again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know the same thing. Do not buy from View Your Deal unless you absolutely know you will not need to return the item.

Unable to get assistance from Softies item ordered through ViewYourDeal.com

I ordered an outfit via ViewYourDeal that came from Softiespjs. This order (#Vsoftiespjs74805) was received (via Fedex) on 10/30/25.
As the 2 piece outfit was not offered in a specific petite size, I assumed that the regular medium would fit. However, it is much too large and long. I called the Softiespjs phone number several times but only got messages to leave a message (my calls never returned). I tried their email today to ask how to return this item.
They responded without providing information about how I can return this item to them for a refund (as my needed size is not available for exchange). There was no information (or returns address) provided in the package received. Softies email response is that they are not responsible for orders placed through ViewYourDeal.com. Am I stuck with this expensive item that is much too large for me ($79 with total cost of $94.87---as S&H was also charged).
Is anyone accountable for orders placed through ViewYourDeal? I need a refund on this item that Is wrong for me.
Please help. Thank you.

User's recommendation: Please be careful when ordering through ViewYourDeal. I hadn't realized that all of their items are not free shipping. The Softies item was expensive at $79 and the shipping costs were significant. I had to pay for original shipping, return shipping (company does not send a return label) and am also subject to a restocking fee!!
