Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Laura Geller Beauty no human to talk with only done by CHAT, I had to demand a full refund.
I placed an order on ViewYourDeal on 3-14-25 for $106.20 for Laura Geller Beauty. They keep sending a damn brush!
I bought 8 items; where is the rest? This is a scam.
Their customer phone line is disconnected. I think Whoopi owes me money.

Ordered from Laura Geller and never received product
They have no customer service number that is working. Very frustrating.
No way to reach them. Told me on a email that product was sent. It was not! I am writing this off as a stupid mistake.
I have purchased many products from View your deal, and have never had a problem. I would avoid this company.

We ordered 2 hooded sweaters. We received them February 18.
I cannot get anyone to give me info on way to return items or return phone calls. I will no longer order from Katydid.

I ordered a Mighty Mug at the discounted rate of 50%, which was supposed to be $16.00, but after I finalized the transaction, it came up as ordering 2 mugs when I only wanted 1 mug. Somehow, the number of mugs was in error.
I would appreciate it if you could change the number to 1 mug rather than two, for the amount to be $16.00. Thank you.

Resolved: All's well that ends well
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Issue resolved by Cozy Earth. They honored the warranty and sent new sheets.
View your Deal stated they do not warranty products and were confused that Cozy Earth sent me in their direction. Interestingly, I immediately heard from Cozy Earth.
They said they did have my order # and upon seeing photos of the damage would honor the warranty. New sheets are on the way!!

I ordered boots from Telic Footwear on View your Deal. They are too small.
I have emailed them 5 times over a week and nobody response. I just want the next size up.
Terrible customer service. Shame on Telic and View your deal.

No return labels
I have always liked Trotter shoes but it's been years since I have ordered. I bought a really well made pair of shoes but they don't fit.
The shoes do not come with a return label or address. I have looked up their return address and there is no place to return them.
No more View Your Deal for me!

Im 84yrs old not computer savvy, no phone number provided, lm not pissed, just disappointed. You could have made order easier by providing phone number.
I watch The View every day, saw several things I would like to order, you made it impossible by not accepting me credit card without a hassle .

The Aquavault Charge Card advertised from the January 15, 2024 "View your Deals" is a FRAUD
Too good to be true... Got 2 Aquavault Charge Cards from View your deal for $58- well over 50% off retail price.
What I received however was a FRAUD. The USB-C port on the device is empty! Unbelievable!!! Now Aquavault is expecting me to return the merchandise on my dime and pay a restocking fee!!
This is the 2nd time I've been burned by this segment. Love the show.
I question however if the producers are performing due diligence for the products being sold to their loyal viewers. BUYER BEWARE!

Awful Site - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE
I will not even give it a star. Ordered for my mother through View Your Deal and the product sent does not work.
We have tried to contact a company that we thought the product came from but no such company. When googling the company name other websites pull up saying they are not affiliated with this company, so I am assuming we are not the first to get scammed. Address listed on label is actually an Amazon Fulfillment Center? Odd
View Your Deal does not answer emails on the email address listed on their website, so I think we are stuck and will chalk this one up to lesson learned.
Unfortunately it is a 100.00+ lesson learned.
CHECK THE COMPANY NAME ON PRODUCT AND VIEW YOUR DEAL WEBSITE INFO. IF ALL VERY VAGUE, DO NOT ORDER!
